Absent Friends and who is in and who is out

Wanna fight? Ovidiu Anton is not happy

Who is in and who is out. This years contest sees the return of four countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Bulgaria and Ukraine. 

So I Say Yay! to that.

Portugal says não, obrigado this year and neither Slovakia (no money) nor Turkey (no love) plans on coming back any time soon.

But there's a little bit (or a lot really) of Turkey in San Marino's entry this year. Probably a lot cheaper.

Romania is staying home even though the singer Ovidiu Anton was packed and ready to go.
